The company accepts payment for services by all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, bank transfers and cash. Keep in mind that for domestic services we require payment on the day of completion of the project.

We highly recommend you to be present while the floor installation project is carried out, if possible. However, it is a matter of your personal choice and if you cannot be present – don’t worry, your project is in safe and reliable hands.
Still, we would like you to be there on the first day, so you can let the members of the team in and give them any additional instructions and on the last day of completion, when we would like you to inspect the quality of the service delivered by us, sign an evaluation sheet and make a payment.
In case a confirmation for some additional services is needed during the process, we would like you to be present on-site on an agreed with the floor fitting specialist date, unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the company in advance.
Yes, our company is fully insured and bonded by a comprehensive Public Liability, Treatment Risk and Employers Liability Insurance.
The company is obligated towards the company’s clients to inspect and redo or rectify any issue raised by the client in relation to the floor installation services provided by the company. Our Service Guarantee covers the replacement of materials in case of improper use of products or improper planning. The company reserves the right to apply any limitations to the Service Guarantee not laid originally by the company.
Service providers of the company will bring along all equipment, products and tools necessary for the proper and flawless delivery of the service. The company also supplies solid wood, engineered wood, parquet, laminate and vinyl flooring materials and floor accessories. You can get flooring materials and accessories supplied by the company against a deposit for the required materials and products.
All prices of services by the company are subject to VAT. Usually, we provide quotations as final and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
If the parking facilities in the area, where floor installation will be carried out, are free of charge, we kindly ask you to secure a space for a vehicle of the company in front of the property.
If necessary, make sure to provide a valid temporary parking permit. In case this is not possible, a relevant parking fee will be added to your bill. The company can cover the congestion charge fee if the project site is located within the London congestion area.
Yes, for your convenience we do work on the weekends too if you require so. Keep in mind that weekend work is subject to arrangements in advance.
There are NO extra charges for work on the weekends. The company always strives to ensure the satisfaction and convenience of all our clients.
In order to ensure a hassle-free and no-stress start of the project, you are recommended to make sure the project site is tidy and non-cluttered, which means that all furniture pieces and other objects are re-located out of the room.
We also advise you to clear away smaller items, decorative elements, valuable and expensive items to prevent any possible damage and allow our team to work efficiently and quickly. Our team can help you clear the room out of furniture pieces for a minimum charge of £80 a day.
In case you want the company to supply you with flooring materials and accessories for your installation project, you may be required to pay a deposit before the service starts and pay the full price of the flooring materials and accessories on the day of the booking.
All other services delivered by the company are paid for on the day of completion of the project, excluding the deposit you may be required to pay in advance. The deposit may be required for all materials which will be used during the process of installation.
Yes, we do not only offer installation of flooring materials supplied by the company, but we also deliver fitting services for flooring materials you have already purchased from another company or supplier. However, in this case, we are not able to provide you with a guarantee for any faults and issues resulting from the manufacturing quality of the flooring materials and accessories.
Yes, we do accept any jobs and projects with insurance companies. If the company is supplying the flooring materials and accessories for the floor installation job, the flooring materials and accessories need to be paid for in advance either by the customer or by the insurance company.
Before you arrange a service with the company, the customer or the insurance company need to send a written confirmation that the quotation provided by the company is approved and discuss the payment arrangements.

If you want to cancel or rearrange an arrangement with the company, you can do so. In order to cancel or rearrange an appointment with the company free of charge, make sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before the visit. If you get a notice less than 48 hours before the visit, a small administration fee will be applied by the company.
